A fantastic opportunity for innovators and key stakeholders to provide impactful outcomes for patients and staff within Royal Orthopaedic Hospital (ROH).
The West Midlands Health and Wellbeing Innovation Network, part of the University of Warwick are running a challenge led innovation programme with ROH, which aims to solve key challenges in clinical reporting and achieve staff efficiencies through the use of technology innovations.
Specific challenges we are looking for solutions to are:
- How might we use data analysis, visualisation, automated reporting and artificial intelligence over existing data to improve quality of patient care and achieve better patient outcomes.
- How might we achieve efficiencies and improve productivity of staff through use of digital tools to optimise work processes.
- How might we use digital technologies and hardware to track a patient’s journey through the hospital more effectively.
We are particularly interested in hearing from innovators with solutions in the following areas:
- Dashboarding and Data Visualisation
- Intelligent Document Management and Processing
- Process Optimisation / Automation
- Robotic Process Automation
- Artificial Intelligence
- We are currently not looking for solutions in:
- Electronic Patient Record Systems
This is a fantastic opportunity for innovators to solve these challenges with potential to scale to market and is a unique opportunity for value exchange between innovators and key clinical and management stakeholders within ROH, with the potential for tangible and impactful outcomes for patients and staff. This programme is also underpinned by Warwick University’s academic excellence, innovation methodology and rich network of collaborators and partners.
