Looking to host an innovation related event or meeting? Our spaces are adapted to host a variety of events and activities to inspire, educate and incubate innovation across the Warwick Innovation District and beyond. We can help you with your innovation focused activities by providing space and event support.

Event hosting form

With access to large event spaces, teaching, meeting, and breakout rooms, we can accommodate for up to 600 attendees. If you would like to book an event with us, contact us by using the event hosting form.

By agreeing to host your event with us, you confirm that you will use University-approved Warwick Food & Catering. Please allow a minimum of 10 days prior to your event to arrange catering. Further information on how to book catering can be found here.

There may be occasions that the University of Warwick may take photographs / video recordings for promotional purposes. To comply with the Data Protection Legislation, we need your permission before we do so. Do you consent to photographs / video content of the event? *
