AI & Data Accelerator

Supporting founders to turn AI, data, and emerging tech into sustainable ventures.

What is the AI & Data Accelerator?

Our mission at the University of Warwick is to inspire, educate and innovate. The AI & Data Accelerator supports aspiring deep tech founders, who want to create a sustainable business built on data science, artificial intelligence, or emerging technologies.

The programme works with founders at all stages of their entrepreneurship journey. Our aim is to help you to validate your ideas, develop your business plan and access networks of experts and investors in the Warwick Innovation District ecosystem.

Once you have submitted we’ll be in touch within a month to discuss your application.

Anyone with a great early stage business using AI & Data. You should have a UK registered company or be in the process of registered your company in the UK.

The programme is in-person – we believe that founders get enormous benefit from working with others at a similar stage of development who are developing different solutions for different markets. We deliver boot camp training and monthly workshops addressing key topics for start-up founders, and these are in addition to one-to-one mentoring and online drop-in clinics.

AI is changing everything, everywhere, all at the same time, and what I mean by that is, you can apply artificial intelligence technologies to all areas of your working life, your personal life, and every aspect of business. My name is Andy Pardoe, I’m chair of the Deep Tech Innovation Centre and leading the AI and Data program. I’m passionate about helping the next generation of tech founders. Over the last four or five cohorts we’ve had lots of startup founders, many of them have benefited from mentorship, both from a business mentor and technical mentorship. We have a number of them that have worked closely with students to help them build their MVP. Some of those students have continued to be the C.T.O. of those startups. So, it’s a great ecosystem, to access all of that capability from the university. So, please apply today.
