  • 45 minute drop-in sessions (online or in-person) with SIC’s team of lived experience disability experts. There will be eight sessions available across the day, allowing leaders to troubleshoot any access and inclusion sticking points in their organisations.
  • From attracting, hiring and retaining talent to ensuring a barrier-free customer journey, for disabled and neurodiverse employees and customers.
  • Perfect for HR and Operations managers or Leaders looking at the disability space as a driver of innovation.
  • A safe, confidential space to ask questions. There are no “silly” questions.
