Date: Monday 20th March 2023
Location: Junction Building, Warwick Innovation District, University of Warwick, Coventry CV4 8UW
Why will this clinic help me and my business?
With 33% of working aged adults reporting a long-term health condition, and EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) being a hot topic, it’s more important than ever to create accessible and inclusive business practices.
What is included?
- 45 minute drop-in sessions (online or in-person) with SIC’s team of lived experience disability experts. There will be eight sessions available across the day, allowing leaders to troubleshoot any access and inclusion sticking points in their organisations.
- From attracting, hiring and retaining talent to ensuring a barrier-free customer journey, for disabled and neurodiverse employees and customers.
- Perfect for HR and Operations managers or Leaders looking at the disability space as a driver of innovation.
- A safe, confidential space to ask questions. There are no “silly” questions.
SIC is a social enterprise dedicated to helping organisations realise the potential of disabled and neurodiverse employees and customers, helping retain quality talent and to unlock the £360+ billion spending power lost to UK businesses each year from not being accessible or inclusive.
