Job role: Innovation Events Officer (Closing date: 4th Jan 2022)
Permanent position, 36.5 hours per week.
The University of Warwick is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and versatile Manager to join the Innovation Group. A truly pivotal role to deliver our innovation plans! With new spaces, new people and new programmes and systems, there is a challenging diary of events and activities to organise and manage, the role will never be dull.
If you have experience in delivering and supporting high quality events, for a range of different groups, working as part of a small but crucial team to deliver customer focussed services, have a can do approach to problem solving and team work, then please apply.
The world of innovation is exciting and will play a significant part in building the societal, economic and regional development post COVID. Experience in innovation is not essential, but an interest in learning more is vital! We work with students, businesses, university staff and academics, SMEs, 3rd sector, NHS and public sector and anything in between. No two days will be the same, join us on the adventure!

Job Purpose
The Innovation Hub is a creative, inspirational space with communities coming together to build innovation, enterprise and entrepreneurship. In addition to developing the systems required to implement and monitor delivery of the strategy, this role will be instrumental in building and enabling communities and activities. Working across teams, the post holder will lead the development of activities and programmes within the Climb and manage their delivery on the ground to ensure a buzzing and vibrant inspiration, education and incubation programme.
