Despite the pandemic Warwick Innovation District has been busy preparing a new space for innovation and entrepreneurship at the University of Warwick.
Centered around the new facilities in our newly refurbished building, Junction, we bring together academics, staff, businesses, founders, and investors, to start, scale and pivot businesses, while helping students gain the opportunity to experiment with creative and critical thinking. See our photo journey below.
With the building complete, we are now doing our bit in the fight against Covid-19 and the disruption it is causing by opening our building for Asymptomatic testing, which has moved from the Slate to the Junction. Book or collect your asymptomatic tests
Do you have Covid-19 symptoms or have you tested positive?
Covid-19 symptoms include:
- Feeling poorly
- Persistent cough
- High temperature
- A change to your sense of taste and smell
Have you been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive and notified by NHS Test & Trace?
If you have any of these symptoms, OR have been in contact with a positive case, you need to book a PCR test which you can do through:
- Junction (use the LFD booking as both tests will be offered until 5 July) if you DO NOT have symptoms and have been advised to take a PCR test
- At our Gibbet Hill Test and Trace Service if you have symptoms
- Via the NHS site
We now await the green-light to return to campus to start inspiring the next generation of innovators.
